  4. 04

    Support

I handle requests, monitor system health and propose necessary work in advance.

Frequently asked questions

What you need to know

Can we start with one server or a few computers?+

Yes. A one-off assessment or setup is a practical first step. Ongoing support can then cover only what you actually need.

Can support be provided remotely?+

Most software tasks can be handled remotely in any country. On-site work is needed for hardware, cabling or when remote access is unavailable.

Do you support infrastructure configured by someone else?+

Yes. I first document the current state and only then propose changes, so existing business processes remain operational.
