Consent to personal data processing
Updated 12 October 2026
1. Controller
I, the data subject, freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Mikhailovich Soloviev (Russian Tax ID 760310555345, registration number 322762700023801; Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region, Russia; admin@ssoloviev.ru) on the terms below.
2. Purpose and data
The purpose is to respond to my enquiry, clarify my needs, prepare an offer for systems administration or technical support, and contact me about that enquiry.
This consent covers my name, phone number, email address and message, plus my company and job title if I provide them. It does not cover advertising messages or public disclosure of my data.
3. Processing
The controller may collect, record, organise, store, correct, retrieve and use this data to reply, and then restrict, delete or destroy it. Processing may be automated or manual. Technical infrastructure and communications providers may process data to the extent needed to deliver the enquiry and response; messaging services also apply their own rules.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies from the time it is separately given until the stated purpose is achieved or I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by emailing admin@ssoloviev.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data processing consent” and information sufficient to locate my enquiry. Processing based on this consent then stops within the applicable legal period. Data required for a contract or by law may be processed on another lawful ground.
5. How consent is given
Consent is given by a separate confirmation that allows the controller to demonstrate receipt, for example by sending a separate email or message saying “I consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms at ssoloviev.ru/en/personal-data-consent”. Merely visiting the site, reading this page or closing the cookie notice does not give this consent.
For more about your rights, retention and processing, see the personal data processing policy.
